Zumba^® gold is a dance-fitness class for active older adults who are looking for a low impact modified Zumba^® class. It focuses on all elements of fitness including cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility & balance. Using easy-to-follow moves to upbeat Latin and international music, it’s a fun, friendly dance-fitness class that will keep you coming back for more!
